CallRex Express supports up to 15 seats in any combination of Unlimited and On-Demand licenses. The price includes all the software you need. Note CallRex Express does not support the CallRex Multi-Media Add-On or remote site networking.

Unlimited licenses allow you to automatically record calls. For example, you may elect to automatically record all of your company's calls or to automatically record calls based on triggers such as caller ID number or area code.

On-Demand licenses can be added to CallRex Express. On-Demand users can be recorded on an ad-hoc basis only. You may want to occasionally record your own calls or you may want to manually record another user's calls. Record must be pressed every time you want to record a call with On-Demand licenses.
